Very polite and moved quickly. Rented my own truck that had blankets in the truck, but movers still damaged plenty of my furtniture in the process. Kind of wish I went with the last movers I had - they had supplies whether you rent your own …
Heather, were sorry to hear that! When scheduling labor only, all the movers will have is a dolly and lifting straps. We highly recommend listening to the movers when the recommend a bigger truck and protective straps!
I moved in August and while the two gentlemen that assisted were polite, they moved extremely slow. At times spending several minutes talking to each other instead of coming back for the next load. This caused me to have a lot more to load on my own after they left. Very disappointing.

They were incredibly friendly, professional, and worked so hard to make my move-in completely seamless. They were impressively fast while still being careful with my belongings. 10 stars are what this team deserves!!!! Absolutely amazing response time from calling 11am on a Sunday and getting FRANK and OBI!!!! Couldn’t have planned for better movers!!! GREAT communication GREAT service GREAT timing as I just received a loving embrace with a hornet and my foot moments bed they arrived!!!! And my parents and myself could not be more grateful for these strong men! Both in character and muscles!! We all felt like we made our first friends in VA!!! Thanks again!!!
One Hour movers were the absolute best for our move! Frank and Obi were punctual, very attentive to detail, and genuinely wanted to ensure none of our furniture or belongings got scratched or damaged in the truck. They also had the best price of ANY moving company I called in Lynchburg! I would highly recommend and will use for any future moves!
I had Frank and his team do another great job again today, this is twice within a week. They do an absolutely great professional job, when a difficulty arose the team got it all worked out and continued to move forward even in the heat that today brought.
