My actual moving cost was closer to double the cost than the actual quote provided. This included a salesperson coming to the home to go through everything to provide the "best estimate possible". Within 10 minutes of arriving, the lead for the move realized the estimate was extremely inaccurate. As a result, my children and family were displaced for a day (we were promised same day packing/moving/unpacking) and I was forced to take an additional day off of work to coordinate the unpacking process.

This company has been absolutely horrible to deal with. When they moved my stuff they hid things they damaged by putting it under other things. Then when I tried to file a claim because it was light items they are valuing it at less then 5% of the value. They workers while nice apparently were not careful and hid there actions. I would never recommend this company. They are HORRIBLE

Completely unprofessional driver, attempted to pass in a restricted no passing zone, made the car oncoming hit the shoulder and spin out, We have dashcam footage which is being sent to the police for investigation into this horrible companies drivers, attached is the drivers license plate.

Do not waste your time, money, nor grief with this company. We hired Ace to move an upright piano from one private home to another, noting in our first correspondence that the source had 3 steps in order to get the piano to the curb, and the destination had a porch with 5 steps, then a staircase with 2 90-degree turns. They said great, and provided a quote. - They did not ask for the dimensions of the piano. - They did not ask for the width of any doorways. - They did not ask for the width of the staircase.

We had an excellent experience with Ace Moving. Their response time was fast, someone came and did an in person inventory at our home and was very generous with his time. The inventory and estimate ended up being spot on! Leading up to our move we had many questions and complicating factors and everyone at Ace was super helpful, flexible and reassuring.
