PROS- we needed a move of an expensive brand new washer/ dryer tower (non-detachable) to upstairs. I reached out to different movers, and Dreezy's agreed to do it in a few days, and even showed up a whole day earlier. CONS- My husband along with brothers attempted to get it done, but couldn't and left scratched on the back of the unit. I decided to hire movers to prevent further damages of the scratches on the back.

This was the worst moving service I’ve ever used. I had to call five of my family members to come help finish the move. Although the owner is responsive, the actual movers were late, slow, constantly hitting things in the hallway, disappeared for over an hour on their way to my house which is a 20 minute drive, and I’ll leave out a few more negatives I witnessed. I cried when they left this was such a terrible experience.

There was an extreme lack of care displayed by the movers we hired. When they helped us move out of our apartment they moved incredibly slow and dropped boxes. The movers only seemed to start being serious when Dreezy showed up. When they were unloading the truck, I only realized the true extent of their carelessness once they left. Numerous items were damaged and broken. Tables and parts of the floor were scratched, glass vases and picture frames were broken beyond repair.

Dear Vernetta, I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but I'd like to address a few points. I did suggest getting a TV box even before the moving date for safe transportation and advised against putting the TV in the moving truck due to the risks involved.
Not only did the movers NOT show up on the day that I moved, I did NOT get a refund for my deposit as promised. STILL fighting a month later to get my deposit back from this company. Absolutely ridiculous

They broke a storm door on the front of my rental duplex with their moving truck and have yet to reimburse me for the cost of replacement or reply to my attempts to contact them. It has been months.

I had a fantastic experience with Dreezy's Moving Services! They moved a very large and extremely heavy HOIST home gym for me, including disassembling it, transporting it, and reassembling it in my basement. The crew was professional, punctual, and very respectful throughout the entire process. They communicated with me every step of the way, involved me in deciding exactly where I wanted the machine placed, and made sure I was happy with everything before they finished.

We hired Dreezy's Moving Service to help us move from our home in New Hope to our condo in Minnetonka, and after using them for four separate moving days over a two-month period, we can confidently give them five stars! Every crew arrived when expected and was ready to get to work immediately. They did not waste any time - these guys were constantly on the go. One of our moving days involved a full truckload and took about eight hours, and we were incredibly impressed that the team never seemed to slow down.
