SCAMMERS! Nice location and units, but they’ll jack your rates up after 2 months. Got me in on a $100 unit 2 months ago, now they want $160 moving forward. Disgusting business practice. They also aren’t open when they should be, I’m here right now at 11:30am and the open light is on but the door is locked. So unprofessional. Edit- I called and spoke with someone, they told me price increases happen because it’s the same as an apartment, but I can’t live in my unit. How is it the same as an apartment then?

Do not use this place. I rented a 10x20 indoor. They get you into a contract at a low rate and then they gradually raise your rate. The manager there doesn’t know how to do her job. She told me I left a Christmas tree in front of my unit when I clearly didn’t. How can I when I was out of town??? Told her to review their surveillance camera before start accusing the unit renter of stuff. Also my monthly payment was on auto pay and the manager still emailed me that I was late on payment and I better pay up.
Brooklyn Park location was built recently so it's nice and clean and the storage units are in brand new condition. 24 hour access is convenient. Free u haul available when you move in. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units …
