In their own words
I had a horrible experience with these moving helpers. Horrible. They went well over the designated time (even though every time I asked for an update they said they were on track), nearly ruined my kitchen table not knowing how to remove the screws, and ended up not fitting everything into the moving truck (even though, again, I kept asking for updates).
Booked minutemen haulers to arrive between 4-5PM. At 530, I was able to connect with someone, saying he'd be right over. That continued every half hour until 9 PM, at which point I couldn't move in due to apartment limits on noise. When you need help and have to have someone on time, don't use this company. I mistakenly called a similarly named company, minutemen Movers, trying to figure out the delay.
EDIT: we used them for a second move and not sure why this one was so different but they were very poor communicators and for that matter still have not gotten back to us on an outstanding charge!!! Rally Relocation Service's guys are fantastic! They contacted me prior to coming, they very efficiently moved our stuff from a POD down many long hallways of our apartment, and there was absolutely no damage done.

In their own words
The guys were prompt, very efficient and respectful of property. They did all the work and always asked where I wanted my furniture placed. Finished job ahead of schedule. Only hired to help unload the truck, wasn’t aware they offer full move services. Will definitely use them in future!
The crew was terrific! Punctual, professional, prepared and focused. They handled our belongings carefully and knew exactly how to maneuver big items through doorways and into our POD. And, the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be using them again.
We have used Minutemen Haulers three times for various moves and have always had a great experience! Everyone has communicated well, been kind and respectful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient moving help!
These guys were amazing and hard working! They were thorough in making sure they didn't miss anything. Each one of them was courteous and respectful with our staff as well as with each other. They were spectacular! We will definitely call on your team again if we find ourselves in need of your services.
