Update - Weeks after this awful move, I continue to find that items are missing and the cost of replacement only adds to the frustration and annoyance. Ace's response is basically there is nothing they can do. My fault for not inventorying each and every box that came off the truck; for not having pictures of the contents of each box. Previous review - Not at all happy with Ace. I contracted with Ace because of their reviews. I was adamant that I wanted their specific personnel to do the move and they agreed.
Very expensive and 2 broken items.Movers broke table and hooked up washer incorrectly and caused water damage to ceiling. When we called they said they don't hook up washers and the crew stated that they never hooked up washer. The move was …

The men who moved me were excellent! They were on time, efficient, careful, courteous, with good senses of humor. The company was easy to work with and very responsive. I would hire them again.
The movers arrived on time and did an excellent job. The final bill was slightly under the estimate but there was a charge for “packing” of $143 which i’m not really sure what that was for. I would recommend Ace if in the market for a mover.
We were very happy with the service provided bt this moving company. We contracted with United Van's and Francisco with Ave Van and storage recieved the job. As we met the packers for our job they did a walk through and then started bringing items out. They were having fun as we could here them laughing at different points but where very efficient and knew what each ones job was. Addison, Melvin, and Jonathan did the packing up.

I found that the movers were able to pack and move my furniture to Orange street in New Haven, Connecticut. I would gladly recommend These movers. Also, I am satisfied with the storage conditions and the care given to my belongings.
