They don't have any policies in place for when they damage your property. Be warned. They broke my railings in my house as they moved the couch out. These are the railings to the second floor so it wobbles and is super loose because the internal screws were broken. When I approached the owner about it he said he never damaged anything before and didn't know what to do. I told him it cost me $250 to hire someone to fix it and he wanted to split the bill. I said no.

it is the best feeling when you know your items are in great hands! I reached out at 2pm today for a same day small move - we need them to move a couch from our 2nd floor to first floor and move 2 dressers! they were right on time, did such a good job, even knew to take a part of the couch that we didn’t know was possible!!!
