Run away from this company. I had a move on May 31st. The movers arrived on time but were frustrated that the move was larger than they were told by management and anticipated to take longer than they were scheduled for. A few items were broken during the move - a TV console, a sentimental handmade mug that was in a box clearly marked "FRAGILE". The workers disregarded my signage and were dropping the fragile boxes on the ground the same as all the other boxes.
DISADVANTAGE is more like it. Bryan/Brian/Bryon (don’t ask him he won’t tell you how to spell it) was incredibly rude from the start. He kept speaking how Greg the owner just wants money and that the workers aren’t prepared for anything or have the right equipment. Chris (I believe was his name, new to the company) was so kind and made up for how B man was. He just started this job and was super nice and optimistic, and kept apologizing for the other guy.
We are completley dissapointed with this experience. At first everything was great, and we were really happy with the work. Until they got their truck stuck in our front yard. This caused a delay on the length of time it took them to unload our truck and everything that we agreed to verbally in our yard was not followed or completed. We agreed for them to fix the mess they left INCLUDING.a return trip to add grass seed back to the yard that was destroyed.
1 Star — Very disappointing experience I previously used this moving company earlier this year and had a good enough experience that I decided to use them again to move my parents from South Windsor to Newington. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. On Sunday, 8/9, I contacted Greg, the owner, and was quoted $139/hour for a 2-man crew. I booked the 2-man crew through the company’s website for Tuesday, 8/11, and texted Greg to confirm. He confirmed that we were on the schedule.
I recently used this moving company, and overall, the experience was positive. The crew was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. They worked efficiently and handled most of my belongings with care, making what is usually a stressful process much smoother. Unfortunately, after the move, I discovered that my 75-inch TV had been damaged. I didn’t notice the issue until I plugged it in, and by then I had already felt pressured to finalize everything.
My wife and I scheduled to pick up a Uhaul here just to be greeted by a sign saying “be back in 3 hours”.When we called the location it said all lines were busy attending other customers….We made the reservation in advance and everything. Very disappointed
On October 29, they came to move me Into a new unit and in the process Of moving they dropped my $900 TV and made it basically unusable. The frame is falling off and there lines throughout the screen. I’ve called them over and over and over …

From my initial contact with Greg until signing off on the job I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was polite, respectful and friendly. The movers were very careful with our furniture and belongings. They were extremely polite and calm despite us being so disorganized and scattered. I would call them again if needed. I highly recommend them.

We needed help with a small unloading job, and Advantage was the perfect solution. On the phone, Greg clearly explained the quote, and we set the date and time. John and Antoine arrived exactly on time. They were nice people, and they worked quickly and neatly.

They're a great company their Cruise are very respectable very helpful and very stand up. They filled up and unloaded a 26 footer and a 24 footer in less than 8 hours. Not one thing broken. Pricing was very fair as well. would highly recommend them.
