In their own words
The guys did a good efficient job with the moving process. They were on time and completed the move in the quoted amount of time. However, make sure you verify your bill. They will double charge you for work time and travel time if you don't pay attention and get have an attitude when you bring it to their attention. They communicate that if they cause damage to your property that they will remedy it, but when they actually cause damage, they will adamantly deny that they caused damage and blame you for it.
This company stole my valuables. I have posted this review but it has been since been removed. People NEED to know that Flynn cannot be trusted. I have been advised to take them to court . The driver reeked of alcohol when he showed up at my door. I have since called the DOT and bbb. They opened a bogus insurance claim up. I am missing over $15,000 worth of possessions even after I gifted the employees valuables. They will overcharge you. Please. Do not deal with Flynn. They are fraudulent. They are thieves.
Just used this moving company, tried to charge me 40 more an hour than quote, went to wrong address, damaged the stairwell on both sides, damaged furniture. I was able to put together my bed while 3 guys folded blankets for 45 minutes. Terrible experience and wouldn’t address my claim unless I gave them more money because they said they under charged me. Do not use!!!
I recently hired this company to help me move. They had to one bed, one dresser, two sofas, one bed-side, one small freezer, TV and TV stand, one dinning table and 6 little dinning table chairs. Two Guys came and could you believe they took their sweet time to wrap. So they use 4 hrs to park my stuff in their Truck. When they know I'm paying $125 per hour. On their way to my New Apartment, they stopped at a gas station to Eat before continuing the trip on my own time.
Run...run fast..They are very unethical and dishonest .When scheduling them to move my furniture for floor refinishing, Amber neglected to ask if I had a gas dryer and also neglected to tell me that if I chose to pay by credit card(only …

Do yourself a favor...keep moving to ANOTHER company. It’s now 4 weeks later and I still can’t find things. I hired them to do a pack and move. Had I know they would just take everything out of my 4 dressers …

for just 3 rooms which is a 2 hour job they billed us for 5 hours. I would not recommend this company. Not very honest at all.

All I can say is WOW!! From my first communications with Aaron (very responsive, friendly, and accommodating), I knew I was in good hands. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even giving me the option to have a new furniture set picked up at a store that doesn’t deliver, which was an incredible help. I was kept well informed the day before and morning of my move, and Sean and his crew were right on time.

We had gone back and forth (for what felt like a million times) with our moving date. This company was so patient with us with our constant changes and were so accommodating! Their crew was careful, friendly, quick and extremely hard workers. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!!
I recently moved with the kind and very enjoyable assistance of Sean and Dom, two of the movers with Flynn's Moving and Storage. We all know moving is a horrendous task, with some people preferring to get a root canal, like me. I almost couldn't deal with it when Sean and Dom arrived, they made it very pleasant, being very low key and mellow. That's not to say they weren't hard workers, however.
I was looking to use a moving company and Flynn Moving & Storage was highly recommended by a good friend. They by far had the best prices out of many companies I priced out. Move in day (Oct 3 2020), they showed up early and within an hour we were on our way to unload the truck at my apartment. A couple hours late, I was fully moved into my new place. The movers were extremely organized and efficient on top of friendly. I highly recommend using Flynn.
