Our storage unit was damaged by a tornado in December 2021. Not only did they not tell us about the damage, but it’s now September 2022 and they’re just now fixing it. Our stuff has been getting snowed and rained on for the last 9 months. Terrible way to run a company and terrible communication. We should have been notified the day after the tornado of the damage to our unit.
We offer inexpensive insurance coverage for any liability that might occur while your belongings are in storage including tornado. We contacted all of our tentants about the tornado. We credited all of our tentants 2 free months in credit … More
This storage unit is allowing makayla brown a ex of mine that has stolen belongs out of my house in the pass and who has now stolen more of my stuff which she is keeping in this storage unit I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she pretty much laughed at me all want is my stuff
Makayla Brown has no storage here, we informed you that all storage facilities work the same. When a tenant has an account we by law cannot give out any personal infomation or allow anyone in their unit. This was not a laughable response, this is just the law.
About two years ago I had a unit here and a lot of name brand shoes and jackets came up missing out of my unit only I and the unit people had a key.
We are sorry this happen to you, from our records you are not in our data base as a past customer. I assure you we do not allow our staff in the units. We do store keys for business owners that have deliveries otherwise no one would be able to enter the rental units at our facility.

This storage facility is by far the BEST place in Bowling Green. We just cleaned out our storage unit that we have had since 2020, (but have also had several others through this facility since 2013), and they are great people to work with. We currently live in. Louisville but had kept them even through the years of living here because they are such a great storage facility and have great pricing. Monica, the lady who works there, is so kind and helpful, understanding.
Thank you so much for this incredible review and for trusting Acorn Storage over the years! Hearing that you've continued to choose our storage facility since 2013—even after moving to Louisville—means the world to us. We work hard to … More
I have rented here 3 times and have had great experiences every time! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the units are easily accessible. I highly recommend!
Thank you so much, Holly, for your continued trust in Acorn Storage! It means a lot to us that you've chosen our storage facility three different times and have had a great experience each time.
Had a unit here for about two years. Amber was super helpful and always returned calls promptly. Thanks
Thank you, Chris, for your 5-star review and for trusting Acorn Storage with your storage needs for the past two years! We're so glad Amber was able to provide prompt, helpful service throughout your experience.
These people are terrific! We rented for 3 yrs and all of our stuff was in perfect condition; no pests - of any kind. The management was always kind and understanding, even went out of their way for us. I tell everyone to rent from them (the best prices around) and they won't regret it.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a detailed 5 star review! It was pleasure doing business with you all! Acorn Storage Monica and Amber
