My moving experience was not goodI'm. We told the movers before they began that I had expensive cherry bedroom furniture that they needed to take care of. I ended up with damage to my dresser, my bed, my lingerie chest and my leather chair. I'm very disappointed. I wish I'd never called them. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my damaged furniture. The day that I moved they sent 3 college students to move me. I know this because I asked them if the are firefighters.

The movers were good, but this is a very shady business. I called to quote two hours of moving and they said it would be $200. I somehow have to pay now $200 for 45 min of moving because I now have to pay for their travel time, which they didn't tell me until after the work was done. They are 13 min drive from my house according to Google maps.

We hired to The Fireman Moving co to move laboratory items for the USDA. They did great the first two moves then on the third they sent out two inexperienced movers. They broke a $14k piece of equipment, talked to the owner and everything was good to fix it. Then he went ghost and said he is insured but only for .30 cents a pound. He said that if I were a local company and used him more he would pay to fix but since I wasn't best of luck. I don't recommend this company all!

Used this company to move into my new house. During the move, my TV screen was damaged with two gouges directly in the screen itself. They even sent someone out to inspect it, and his response was basically, “Yep, something rubbed against it. We’ll be in touch.” Unfortunately, “being in touch” turned into them denying responsibility because TVs are supposedly “too fragile” to cover. So now I’m left with a damaged TV that their own representative acknowledged was damaged during the move.

Terrible experience for us. They charged us twice the amount of the estimate! It took all day and all evening to move four bedrooms of downsized furniture. Men couldn’t put washer and dryer hook ups back together. Washer ended up leaking on floor. Men couldn’t put bed back together well and had braces and screws left over. It took over a week for someone to come back and fix the bed, after he stood me up once. Most of the men weren’t firemen. One was a college student, nice but untrained.

Need to make sure your drivers can pass a driving test prior to hiring them. Today your drivers pulled into into oncoming traffic on cemetery road and came within inches of plowing into us, so much so they push us into the other lane as we almost hit the car in the lane next to us.
