They gave my nice a old dirty tarnished flute that was missing screws then came and took the flute with no notification. Staff were super rude and they charged us after the flute was picked up and refused to close the account stating that they didn't have the instrument. Run don't walk from this place.

Honestly I thought this was a good place to go. We went there to get my son's guitar restrung. It was on Sunday may 30th. The woman working didn't know how to do it and said that it would only take 30 minutes to do it and that someone could do it the next day. It is now Saturday the 5th of June and it's still not done. My son called on Thursday and they said it would be done that afternoon or yesterday. And still nothing. I would not recommend going there to get anything done to an instrument!

Tried calling 4x today and it sounded like the phone was picked up and then immediately hung up. I don’t think this place is open anymore. Can anyone recommend a great guitar repair shop in Bowling Green that doesn’t hang up on its potential customers?
Not the store just the company in general. I turned in my daughters instrument a day after they took the money out my account and they wouldn’t refund any of my almost $60 even though I turned it in. So basically paid for something I didnt have.
Not really a music store.. more a very very very BASIC instrument store. Worse, they advertise themselves as a competitor to chains such as guitar center... they are not even close... if you want a basic guitar or maybe a sax for high …
I just wanted to better myself and learn about saxophone. I use to take lessons here. I needed a recommendation letter to get a grant to learn more on a saxophone. I'm 66 years old and on disability and they would not help. BOO on you.
Took my son's used trumpet to re-sale to this business. Person working wasn't friendly and told me it wasn't worth his time. Originally bought this trumpet from this company (already used), and my son took great care of it.

I bought a Taylor 114ce for a great price at this store. My GPS took me there by accident. The two young men that worked there were super helpful with anything I had to ask. This will be my music store in Bowling Green, Ky.
