Under quoted by like 6 hours. Dropped and ruined our gun safe. Broke my daughter’s bed. Took paint off of our walls. Broke a light switch cover. Left stuff in the old place and had to be called to come back. Left our sleep number mattress apart instead of putting it back together the right way because they couldn’t figure out how. Didn’t put anything where we wanted it in the new place, shoved most things in the garage to get finished quicker because it was midnight. Still charged full quoted price.
Lauren - while we did under quote due to your communications on packing - you were not charged for those hours. We are very sorry for the damages that occurred and it is our understanding that our Furniture Repair Specialist did fix all to your satisfaction.

The service we needed was moving numerous trash bags and excess furniture from our condo in preparation for showing it to potential buyers. The two young men that did the work communicated well and were very courteous. They did an excellent job.
