I rented a unit for my daughter but they are overpriced and the manager locks you out of the gate denying you access to your property when you are only a few days late on your payment. I'm not sure that's legal as KY state law states they cannot deny you access until you are 45 days late. We accepted the higher pricing as worth it for security but the site is not very secure considering someone scaled the fence and broke into an RV on site. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
If I could give them 0 I would. First me and my family with all our reviews is the reason they won against Nashville in the race last minute. I do not except someone to be nice to me just because I am nice to them and go out of my way to do …

This is a great place to rent a storage unit from. I have rented twice from them and both times was easy. The people are professional and willing to help if an issue surfaces. The yard was clean and security is good also.
Alison was awesome. Got me a second unit because we moved into a smaller place. As always they took care of us quickly and hassle-free.
