The movers broke my late father's tables and refused to abide by their refund policy. On Oct 18th, movers accidentally broke sentimental marble tables from my father who has passed away. My husband called them multiple times and filled out their claim form multiple times. Every time he called it sounded like a teenager answered the phone.

Lost my great grandmothers secretary. Paid $80 extra for them to move it and pretty sure one of the workers took it and never owned up. This is very upsetting because it has been in my family for years. They never owned up to the mistakes! Very disappointing! Watch out who you hire!

Guys worked hard until they damaged my wall. I’ve reached out to the manager and he states file a claim, will not speak to me on the phone. It’s always we’ll call you back. This is the last email we’ve received. Moving furniture is difficult, as unfortunate as it was the guys damaged my wall. We have had zero attempt or contact from them about fixing our damages. Yes, the area was a tight fit, but instead of damaging my property, it could’ve been communicated that this was not going to work.
I don't blame them for the loss of our kitchaide and crockpot because we asked them to throw away the cabinets they were in. So we just accepted the loss. But what I can't accept is my shattered painting. The painting was commissioned for my daughter and professionally matted and framed. Our pictures have been sitting in the boxes untouched since the movers sat them there. So I have no doubt Soky movers broke my paintings double paned museum glass. I am so upset!

Ma’am. We are sorry for your experience. But the truth is is that we did everything to accommodate you and your family. We had already moved you once to perfection. Our office told you about the rescheduling fee every time you rescheduled because it was late notice.

I found SOKY movers and got my mom in contact with them to help her move to her new home. I live 3 hours away and needed help with some large items I couldn’t get. I called to check on her day of and she said the guys were GREAT! The movers were extremely professional, careful moving items in, and they stayed until everything was in place and confirmed to be working properly. Thank you so much! It was great to find an affordable moving company that really cares about customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
The two young men that did my move were very good. They wrapped my furniture well and delivered and set up my sleep number bed and all the furniture was brought in on slider not to scratch or damage floors. Set up everything Will definitely recommend this company to anyone Well pleased
