They took months and we had to keep following up with them, they lost an important family painting of ours in their warehouse, and they were unprofessional and sarcastic after they misspelled the name on the settlement check for our broken possessions two times.
Action Contents made a complete mishmash of my mothers carefully organized art supplies and the basement in general. General lack of attention to detail. Minimal effort was made to keep things together/organized or put things back properly. Items often not in the same room they came from. Things used everyday buried in storage areas. Automotive supplies mixed with art supplies. We are still repairing the mess they made of the basement so my mother can start using her art area and basement facilities again.
Giving a 1 star review because your car alarm was going off ALL NIGHT. Owner did not come and turn it off, not once. Family’s and children live in this area.
This company is a bunch of thieves. Not only did they lose my $8000 sofa and parts of my gym, they broke things as well. Run! Don’t use this company!

I recently had a flooding in my condo and Action Contents & Moving were my insurance company's preferred contractor. Brad was fantastic in adapting changes in my plan and sent a 5 people dream crew that looked like they just walked out of the Game of Thrones cast. Rian as the leader was kind and communicative. He handled a lot of tasks efficiently and had the crew Niall, Ryan, Ian and Leon work on schedule with ease. The whole crew were punctual, professional and handled my stuffs with care.

My condo building burnt down about 18 months ago. Action Contents arrived on the scene to go through my place and to sort out what was salvageable and what wasn’t. I remember going the site and seeing other companies going through peoples belongings and just trashing everything. Action Contents was different. They were cautious, considerate, and careful. When I went tôt the storage facility, Brad was there to show me my stuff - both the salvageable and the unsalvageable.

Eoin, Ryan & Cathal! These gentle but strong men are definitely commendable for a job well done! indeed! I am so glad that I picked Action Movers & Contents Inc. to help me with my recent move. Eoin, Ryan & Cathal did a reconnaisance of the place I was moving from, then quickly came up with the strategy - they had to consider that there is only 1 elevator in the entire building - thus the elevator door could not be locked; then there is the entrance door that could not be left open as well.
