Kleiner Services Inc. Moving Company in Richmond and Greater Vancouver

Movers showed little to no care with our furniture, several pieces were damaged. Its been over a month and the owners Mary and Konstantin laughed at us on the phone and are refusing any sort of replacement or support, they just ghosted us. Who operates like this? completely unprofessional and upsetting.

This company didn't show up at all! They gave me an appointment to come to my house for an estimate on a move, and they phoned last minute to cancel and reschedule, and then they didn't come to the second appointment either! They waited 5 days to apologize! How can I trust such a company to handle a move?

They broke my table ,damaged my floor .but haveI had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. During my move, their workers broke my table and damaged my floor while moving furniture. These are not small issues—both caused real property damage in my home. When I contacted the company to request compensation for the damages, I was told that they do not have insurance, a claims process, or any system to compensate customers when their workers cause damage.

Well, with all the good reviews I'm surprised my experience wasn't good. Some must be fake. First of all the move out I had quite a fare amount of damage to my walls, door & hallway. 35 degree weather & these poor kids didn't have any water. Bought them a flat & pizza plus a $100 tip at the end. When I showed up i found out all our furniture had to be lifted on & off truck as the tailgate was broke so that added extra time.

I was hoping to learning Kleiner a glowing review, but sadly we did not have a great experience with them. I used the company in November 2022 for a move and the experience was excellent. They moved my piano and couch safely from one unit to the other, and did so in a timely and professional manner. We were forced to move again this spring (May 2023) due to our landlord selling and unfortunately the second time using Kleiner was not a positive one.

The Movers did a good job overall but the packing is just terrible. They unplugged numerous devices and stored the cables other apart from devices so I’m spending hours trying to find what cords belong where. (I haven’t the foggiest idea why someone would think this a good idea). They packed things in other ways that made no sense such as a plastic chess board that folds like a book containing chess pieces, could’ve been easily taped shut but instead they wrapped it in paper and threw it in the box.

Their movers damaged my property and the support team just stopped answering my inquiries about compensation. It's now been 3 months since the move and they have done nothing to rectify the situation. EDIT: support finally reached out weeks later, blamed staffing changes, then tried to offer next to nothing for all the damages and time wasted. I gave them a clear list of what they needed to do and now it's been 4 weeks since they've bothered responding...again.

I reached out to Kleiner Services with a stressful family moving, storage and possible selling of a large home. Augustina was completely unhelpful and told me there were no owners of the company even though their website states “family owned business” I attempted to reach out to the owners on social media and received no response. Terrible customer service! *** I had asked to speak to an owner because of the unusual family circumstances we were dealing with.
