Clean, staff are typically very nice and always good service. However, they do not prioritize customer safety and allow violent, agressive and threatening people to practically live out of their storage units. When reported to the office of being threatened with a weapon by a storage unit neighbour, they did not offer a refund or to remove the violent and agressive individual. Instead they only offered to move us to different building while keeping the other tenant; this is a profit only option.
Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with us. We always aim to deliver a safe and secure environment for all tenants accessing their storage units in each of our facilities.
This storage facility has NO motion detectors in the units. All someone has to do is remove a few screws from your wall and climb into your unit. They won't set off any alarms from the inside of your unit. The storage units only have alarms on the door. Half my life was taken from me. Stuff I can't replace. I was moving, and needed temporary storage. Nothing was done about it. I never heard back from the RCMP, never heard back from this facility. If you need to use a storage facility.

VERY BAD SERVICE & POOR CONDITIONS at Advanced Storage Centres (Richmond)! My furniture was damaged by water (somehow water had seeped from interior hallway?!) and numerous rodent droppings! Reported it and received this unhelpful reply: "Unfortunately all of Richmond has had a bad season of rodent, and with the heavy rain days, water always find a way of appearing, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Tools,,,,,,, good luck trying to pay online. I have never ever in my life had such an unsuccessful, painfull time trying to honestly give someone 700$ online,,,,, ever. Wanna keep your stuff safe? Go elsewhere.

The storage building is maintained excellently and it was easy to access the storage space. I am finally decluttered enough to close the storage space.

I was in a very quick storage need and Taslim (the manager) helped me super quick to satisfy the need. He is prompt and reasonable. The storage facility is also very easy to find. I would rate this place very high.

Needed storage for short period of time as moving 2 hours away and again chose Advanced Storage in Richmond BC . Very accommodating ,relaxed, friendly with exceptional Customer Service. I know that the staff at AS look after their customers because I received a call advising I had incorrectly placed my lock and what did I want to do , I was offered extended days at my need and was helped with some left over boxes to mention a few situations.
