The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 6 | 85.7% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 14.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 5 four and five star reviews we have read for Action Piano Services. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Moved piano with all the care I expected! Great piano tuner who I have used for years, based on a friendly recommendation.
Great tuning service. Kind staff. Has come to my home a couple times. Very prompt.
We purchased a Piano from Zach at Action Piano. They had great prices on the type of piano we were looking for. He was very helpful on the phone and at the showroom. The delivery process was super easy - he definitely has it down to a science. Very nice guy and we will definitely recommend him to friends and continue to go to him for all our piano needs.
I purchased my 1940 Upright Piano from Zack Drill and Action Piano about 23 years ago. Zack has tuned and maintained this piano for me all these years. His service is reliable, timely and overall the quality of his tuning makes hiring him …
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
