If it was possible to leave zero stars i would. I reserved mu unit and then went and paid got the unit same day. I arrived at 3pm Saturday 10/24 took almost an hour to get the rental but I dont blame sandy who was working she was very helpful id personally give here all the stars in the world. But 30ins later I no longer needed the storage I called ahead and was told I can have a refund, when i returned to the property at 4:37 there was no one in the office to assist me i needed assistance not only for a refund…

For a company in the business of storing hundreds of different people's personal items, charging additional "Insurance" rent, claiming to be exempt of rodent/insect infestation/damage/destruction because of some verbage in the lease agreement, (Which is nothing but an attempt to fool and dissuade an uniformed person of taking legal action) yet not effectively remedying these issues is extremely devious and irresponsible. I began renting from this business over a year ago.

People are very rude and it's rats poop all down the hallways . First day I went there it was an dead rat on floor they said they had it under control now they are blaming me for rats in unit because they know that they are disgusting people it was food on ground in hallway when my cousin went to pick up items. Rat poop all over my things it's seems the rats using my storage as an nesting place . I made an review on facebook and they terminated my lease smh bad business.

I lost my things in auction and I'm trying to found out if anyone that bought unit E004 can you please contact me cause I'm ask for my kids baby pictures please.

I have been asking the management of this facility to fix or replace the roll up door to my rented unit for at least 5 years now but they have not done anything despite my excellent payment history. They usually would tell me that they will schedule a service to repair or replace but never do. At one time a new manager told me that they had been made aware of several units with the same issue that they also failed to repair or replace.

Do not put your belonging in this place, it is invested with rats. I put all of mine and my children’s belongings in here while I looked for a new home and our stuff was covered in rat piss and rat droppings. My daughter’s irreplaceable dolls that she got from her grandmother who passed away were chewed up beyond repair. Everything just smelled like rat piss I can’t even get the smell out I had to throw most of our clothes away.

Christina is rude and very unprofessional. I would not have this individual working and representing my Business. unfortunately, my mom‘s belongings were here for over four years when we decided to move out February 8. It was full with dead rats, shit, and piss all over the place and today I get a call to have the audacity to tell me I owe a bill because I didn’t inform you that I vacated the storage unit when you were there when we were vacating it.
