Absolutely terrible experience. I was told by this company that if I rented a forklift, they could move my equipment. I even sent photos ahead of time, and they confirmed they could handle the job. When the movers finally showed up late, they ran into a power line and broke it, leaving me to deal with the electric company. Customer service was horrendous—the woman I spoke with lied, argued with me, and kept changing her story.

Don’t use this company!!!!! They broke our fridge and lost some of our items. We had to call Pete to find our Weber grill and toolbox (which was never found). I followed up with him several times regarding our fridge but he kept blaming his staff instead of fixing the problem. I asked him to order the part that they broke and he kept giving me the run around and trying to schedule someone to come out during the middle of the day while we were at work to look at the damage.

I moved on July 31, 2020, The drivers came on time, but the truck Pete sent was very, very small, the drivers said they could get it all in.. They could NOT, they had to get another truck, losing about 2 hours, so Pete told them to add $300.00 Extra for extra time, I told Pete the very small truck was Not my fault. he left the $300 additional charge. When the furniture was brought back Pete's driver had an emergency and they were over an hour late, so Pete charged me $130.00 additional charge for added labor time.

Dear Mr. Pete I just want to inform you that You Sir are a Big Fat Lier! After the phone call I received from You, after I made a bad review, I thought You were a Man of His Word. But again I was right! Your a womanizer who makes you pay top dollar but if your a man you get a lower price. You were talking to me in such a manner my Husband wouldn't even used that tone with me! If you want to move your belongings I suggest that you do it yourself! Let me take a second for You to remember me Mr.Pete!

I'm very conflicted leaving this review, but I do think I should. I will say I would have given them 5 stars 100%, if I left this review before I unpacked at my new place. I really liked this company because they are professional, quick to respond, and very accommodating. The day before my move, something came up, and they were able to get me rescheduled hassle-free (and at no cost) which I deeply appreciated. The movers were on-time, professional, and very amicable.

Worst experience with a supposed professional company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved in. This happened a year ago and I still shudder at the experience. Goods were damaged, at 5PM the truck was too full to complete the move. We had to rent a storage space for the left behind furnishings. We stored the goods in the moving truck at Petes facility, several months later when it was delivered to our new home we found broken, damaged goods, 4 missing gaming systems with many games completely gone, jewelry…

Negative stars!! Seriously the worst experience ever. I mean EVER. First, the movers arrived over an hour late and had to move another customer’s items off their truck before loading mine. I was not informed that my items would be moved along with someone else’s. Also, I was told that they would be able to move me in the same day (5 hr move), but due to the other drop off it didn’t arrive until midday the next day.

Honestly I really liked the workers they were on time very professional they gave me ETA and called ahead of time that was awesome. The unfortunate truth is I had a single bedroom to move with kitchenware living room furniture and a bedroom set They complained that they thought it would be an easy job. If it was easy I wouldn't pay for professional help. The workers were pretty reluctant to help out move stuff and let me box stuff up.
