In their own words
They brought a small truck after telling me they would use a large as I had large furniture and electronics. This caused them to take a really long time. They have a discount for that but we later noticed the washer tube was broken in transit and they didn’t bother to say anything but did take the time to remove the fragments so it went unnoticed at first. I text John about both issues and received no response. To replace the tube it’s $300. Unprofessional.
I’ll never try to save money again to go with cheaper movers. I thought the 5 star review was promising, not only did they not pick up n go with a refrigerator, they dragged it across linoleum flooring ripping it. It could not be repaired …
Hello again Katie. I hate to even respond to lies from customers. Yes the floor was damaged by a 2 inch tear and yes we have taken responsibility from the beginning for that error. Unfortunate it did happen and I am sorry for that.
Used them to load my Uhaul. I was quoted $175 for one hour and half, which was plenty of time. The movers milked the time to make it be 2 hours and then told me it would be $400 instead of the original price I was quoted. I had 3 movers …
Hello, yes the initial quote we give is for the amount of stuff you tell us over the phone. But when we arrive and there is more than you tell us or we get there and their are stairs like your place had it does take more time so I am sorry for that confusion.
Broke my dresser and tv. They said they would provide some type of credit in response, but did not follow through. I gave them a couple of weeks for response and nothing. Very disappointed

These guys were the most professional and strongest individuals. They helped us out, moved our two couches, our dressers, and our bed from one upstairs apartment to another and were able to do it same day I called! It was the least expensive and they don’t charge a 3-4 hour minimum like most places do. He prorated my move for the hour and half he was here and even put my bed frame back together for me! We really appreciate their help. Pick Up N Go Movers for the win!!!
Highly recommend this moving company. These young gentlemen showed up ready to work and moved all of my large items quickly and carefully. I appreciated that they worked efficiently and never made it feel like they were dragging things out to charge extra. Honest, professional, affordable, and respectful the entire time. Great experience from start to finish. Great job fellas — definitely earned my recommendation.
