While the movers themselves were nice, they did not have appropriate equipment for my move, and as such, the move was 3x more expensive than I was quoted. Owners couldn't care less when I questioned them - very unprofessional and made it seem like they were doing me a favor by letting them move me. Look for other movers.

My response to Chris Santas- Owner- Your team worked from bottom to top and took items that were clearly designated for the dumpster. You know exactly where the mistake happened. Professional movers have verified that your crew failed by using this technique and by not following the designated inventory sheet. Shame on you for trying to justify the error instead of taking responsibility.

Mr. Granger, we have spoken several times about your experience. Note you have left a review on the wrong google page and have not taken into account that we charge from the time we leave our warehouse, until the time we are projected to get back to our warehouse based on gps time without traffic.
