In their own words
Be mindful that what’s advertised online and what you purchased might not be accurate. I purchased a 10 x 12 unit and whenever I went to put my belongings in the unit After a long day of packing the trailer, only to be met with a huge cement wall in my unit taking up a portion of it. Therefore, I could not utilize the space as it was not a 10 x 12. They will refuse to give you a refund and are extremely unreasonable.
Tell you one price when start renting and before the year is over paying double that for that and nothing new gets added …
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, we’ve had to adjust our rates due to significant increases in insurance costs that are affecting the entire industry.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Since I moved to NC, I have used several storage units, but this one is by far my favorite. Debbie is a lifesaver and I loooove her sense of customer service. She’s always willing to lend a hand and make sure I get taken care of. She helped me pick up the best unit for my belongings and it was the perfect size. THANK YOU again Deb. You’re the most best.
