Did not show up for a confirmed appointment via email for in home quote. Rearranged schedule to be home, no one showed up and when I called they come not find my name. I read the email to woman that answered phone. She said maybe she can find someone to come at another time....I said no thank you.
Ms. Nagy... We are very sorry for the issue with your estimate appointment that our call center had scheduled. There was an error in our online scheduling software that resulted in our sales team not having your appointment on the list of appointments for today.
I would avoid this company at all cost. A good portion of our belongings where damaged. The people treat you stuff like it has no value and just pushed it into the truck. BE AWARE they do not care at all.!!!!!!!!

Great service, very professional; responsive to our questions/requests from the initial visit, the estimate & then coordination of it all. They gave several helpful suggestions to make the whole process smoother & more efficient, and were flexible to accommodate changes in our inventory etc. On the day of the move, the moving team was on time & worked very fast & were careful in handling our furniture + other items. We highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about these folks. If I could give ten stars, I would. Their service is far and beyond.. Outstanding does not cut it. We had the great privilege of having Driver, Lolita and helper James.. they loaded our belongings.. Trust me on this folks.. if, you’re in NC, Raleigh, Cary, Durham or in that area.. use them. Either via North America . Or directly through EE Ward. You, will not be disappointed…

From the first time Mindy stepped foot inside our home, we felt at ease. She knows her business! She gave us advice, told us how to pack it up, gave wonderful suggestions of where to get boxes for free and answered every email or call iI made to her.
