Most unprofessional person. He no showed and the second time he attempted to come he ened up hanging up on me after telling me he wasn’t going to move my piano because I told him I needed twenty minutes since he waa coming 45 minutes earlier than we agreed on.
I called them to have a baby grand piano moved two days before we had actually planned on moving the piano. I never received a call let me know for sure we are going to make the move. I sent an email the day before just to confirm we are still on schedule. He finally called me around 4 o'clock and said we are scheduled between 9 O'clock and 12 noon. I waited and waited he never called me to give me a time. I finally called at 11 o'clock no answer went to voice mail. So I sent a text.
I exchanged phone calls and text messages with the owner for days without communication until it was finally agreed that he could have the piano out of storage, but there may be a delay in actual delivery. Thinking we were good, I confirmed with our storage that if we were out by the time the owner quoted that we wouldn’t have to pay for an extra months rent. When I text to confirm, two days before the agreed date, all communication stopped.
LOUSY- Joe was very arrogant, he admitted "several times" he was the reason my carpet was not installed on the first date promised and guess what......NEVER APOLOGIZED for this hugh inconvenience. He disassebled the piano on Tuesday and was not able to return to re- install until thursday. We agreed to the Thursday date at 7:00 am because i explained it would have to be this early due to my busy schedule. Joe agreed and said ""no problem he is a morning person..... I am writing this review now and it is 7:38 am.
Prior reviews had to be fake! Needed a piano moved from one house to another and called to schedule. Was told they would be at the pick-up house at 4 pm. By 4:30 they still didn't show, didn't answer text messages or phone calls and the voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. Left me in a big lurch. Owner did text back that they forgot to add me to the schedule and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance to move the piano and once again - no response!

I can recommend Advanced Piano Moving without hesitation. They were fast, punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. I contacted them when I purchased a semi concert grand piano in Las Vegas. They picked it up the very next day, and delivered it to my home in the LA area the following morning. I watched as they prepared and loaded it in Vegas. They had all the right equipment, took the necessary time, and were extremely careful with my new purchase.
I was treated like a VIP the first time I called to see if Advanced Piano Moving could do the job I needed. Not only did I need my 7 and half foot concert piano moved across town, but I needed it stored for over a week while I moved out of my old house and waited to close on my new house. Jennifer assured me that there'd be no problem, so I scheduled my pick-up. The day came, and Jennifer and her team arrived on time. Like clockwork they had my piano wrapped and whisked away for safekeeping.
Joe delivered my baby grand piano at the end of an interstate move and it was a great experience. Called to set a time frame, called 15 minutes before arriving well within that time frame, and he and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name, also a super nice guy) got my piano inside, unwrapped, and exactly where I wanted it in no time at all. Very personable and knows a lot about pianos - he's been doing this for a long time, previously worked for the biggest piano moving company in New York, and is a real pro.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Piano Moving Company, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, their professionalism and care were evident, making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly smooth. First and foremost, the team was incredibly informative. They took the time to explain the entire moving process to me, ensuring I understood every step involved in relocating my precious piano.
