DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They will OVERCHARGE, UNDERWORK and BREAK YOUR ITEMS !!! First and foremost, they asked me if I needed any more help and I said yes, please the small things. They didn't even grab any of the small things and they overcharged me another hour. They didn't help me. Then they left a bunch of boxes in my garage and a mirror that was faced another way, which I didn't even notice till later.

Spoke with Bruce the week before Easter Sunday. He booked me for Easter Sunday, I asked if they were operating due to the holiday, and he confirmed they were. Come Sunday, they were a no-call no-show. When I called on Monday, the woman who answered told me they weren't working and that "no other moving company would have been either". Which was false. I already had quotes from other movers who would have moved me that day. She basically blamed me for not knowing that they were not working that day.

Be careful for this company. I used them last time most my xmas decorations are missing. One expensive tv is broken. I know that realtors recommend this company but I moved in summer and now I see that tv was never paid for from insurance. They kept saying that they didn't receive paperwork. Now I moved my xmas decorations and most of them a d half my big 50 feet tree is missing. I used them 5 years but now never again. They need to learn when they do wrong apologize and fix the problem.

This was THE worst experience I have ever had with a company bar none! The guys that came to pick up my items were great after that I have nothing good to say unfortunately! They told me 14 days for delivery which is one of the main reasons I went with them since they were not the cheapest option. "We are professionals not middle men". After 2 weeks I called to see where my positions where and if they had a delivery date for me yet.

Stay away from this company! They will steal from you! I have been waiting several months now for a refund that was promised to me and they never followed up. They caused damage to my house and to my items and I was not sent the information to file a claim. I was told I would receive a refund and they never followed through. The whole move was a complete disaster. The guys weren’t even capable of lifting a dresser. One of the guys was on the phone the whole time.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Especially if you’re military. I was quoted 3 men/3 hours. They came two hours past the scheduled window and showed up with 2 men. My move went to 5 hours. I had situate childcare, which cost me more since I’m a solo parent right now due to dad being deployed. To add to that, I helped tremendously to lessen the amount of hours I’d paid for. I went in to talk to the manager, who hid behind a wall and spoke through his receptionist.

If you are a military family getting ready to PCS I would highly recommend you avoid Champion Movers at all costs. After hearing of multiple bad experiences with them we specifically requested to not have them do our move. Yadira insisted that they had all new crew working for them and that everything would be fine. It turns out Yadira was the worst one to work with in the end as she ignored multiple emails from me for over 5 months.

I recently hired this company to move my family cross-country. While I understand some of the issues, I can't recommend them. Here's why: I contacted them regarding an estimate. The initial estimate, based on pictures, was about $5,000. Frankly, I thought that was a bit low for a 3,000-mile move. I spoke with them, and they sent someone over to do an in-home estimate. After that, the estimate was closer to $10,000, which seemed more accurate based on the amount of stuff we had.
