Bait and switch tactics. Held our stuff hostage after they more than doubled the price and would only give a partial refund of 250$ for removal of my negative review on their other location. They also damaged my stuff as well. Never again. As a Veteran I’ve moved MANY times and actually had used them 2x before with no issues but I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. You’ve been warned
DO NOT use this company. They will ensure you pay the quoted price by preventing you from going below the estimated time frame which ensures they get the quoted price. Ie A drive that was supposed to take 7 minutes per Google Maps and their driver took them 30 minutes. And one I had did regularly myself. This was intentional as they drove well under the posted speed limit with no traffic. And if you go over the time or ask them to stop they will not.
**Scam Warning: Extremely Disappointed with Move 4 Less – Hidden Charges, Incomplete Move, and Poor Service** I feel compelled to share my negative experience with Move 4 Less to warn others about their misleading business practices. I booked them for a simple move that included: - A king-size bed with frame - A sofa and ottoman - Two TVs - A few totes At the time of booking, I was quoted approximately **$400 for 2.5 hours** of moving service.

I cannot recommend Norman and Juan enough! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They arrived right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated all of my belongings as if they were their own. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork—they made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free.
