Muscle Movers LLC Las Vegas

I just want to start off with that these are NOT professional movers. Hire at your own risk. I am disappointed in the overall lack of professionalism, quality of move, and the items they broke. After two walkthroughs of my home and providing Muscle Movers a COMPLETE inventory, Vince provided me a quote to break down furniture and move all items. In the end, we sold some of the more bulky furniture and his team STILL went over the quote he provided.

If you're into feeling like you’ve been ripped off and then paying almost double the estimated quote you were given; then these guys might be for you. Vince did an in person walkthrough, so that we could get an accurate quote for the work order, but instead our coat almost doubled and the information that was agreed upon to be handled and moved wasn't relayed accurately to the movers. Trying to get clarity on the overall cost at the end of the job was even more upsetting than the shock of the bill.

Too bad there’s not a zero rating. The test of any good moving company is how problems are handled when they happen. Muscle Movers failed miserably. The problems started on move day. Even though Jeff had been to my elderly mother’s house no less than 3 times to inspect, they showed up with a truck too small for a move from Henderson to Houston. Escrow was closing on the house with new buyers on their way to move in.

Update........ In regards to the response from the owner, I had given him the opportunity to make it right and reload my truck. I didn’t specifically ask him to reload it because it shouldn’t be my place to tell a professional how to do their job. Vincent never offered to bring a crew back and reload the truck. "The movers did an amazingly quick job", was my initial review of this company. Unfortunately, once the POD arrived I realized why. Almost every piece of furniture is scratched. A dresser was placed facing the POD wall with only plastic for protection. The dresser rubbed against the interior beams and created scratches on the front. During the move, I asked about the moving blankets and was told they didn't have any in the truck. I told them I had blankets/towels in a box they could use and they declined.

My wife and I contracted Muscle Movers of Las Vegas NV to move us from Las Vegas to Mesquite NV only 88 miles away. We received an estimate for the full service move $5935.50. The movers came out to pack on October 21, 2025 and loaded and moved us to Mesquite on October 22,2025. While they were packing, they were told by the estimator not to pack anything in the dresser drawers because of my wife’s underwear and intimate clothes and jewelry she had in the dresser.

Review Had a horrible customer service experience with this company. Vince quoted us for a 3 man job in 4 hours to move my husband and I from an apartment to a house. We went thru everything we had and our elevator/stair situation and he did say it could be slightly less or more (we understood). Move in day comes… 2/3 guys were good. They were nice professional for the most part and were working hard.

The movers themselves were incredible. Fast, professional, kind, hard working. Highly recommend the team. Can’t say enough kind words for the team. Thank you guys for being absolutely incredible. The only issue I have is the original quote. Due to the estimator not planning or quoting it correctly, a huge amount of stuff is left behind. I have to get a uhaul now to finish the job and going to take me about 1-3 days to finish it up myself.
