Overpromised, under delivered. Won't use AEM in the future. Very disappointed with the move. In response to AEM reply - I told the 2 guys moving that I was not upset with them, Kevin and his partner were very polite men who I felt were working hard, they did a good job fitting the items into the storage units. I wasn't pleased with it taking 6 hours to complete the move given the items remaining in the home. A large number of my items weren't even wrapped up and they showed up with a single dolly.
Hi, I'm Kevin. Mover from Advantage Express and I oversaw Mr. Cooley's move. He stated that the move was over promised, yet my team met every need that Ron Cooley had, and was tipped $35 each for our services.
This company cheated my sister out of her time and money. They sent her 3 men and only 2 men did all the moving. They made it to my sisters place around 3pm and didn’t finish the job till a few minutes before 11pm when in reality it should’ve taken at least 5 hours. The third guy literally ain’t picked up a damn thing and then tried charging them over $1K! Even the two guys that were working with him started arguing with him because they were being over worked! Not to mention we had to pitch in and help move!

They showed up when nobody wouldnt at the time that was appreciated they moved me from one bedroom to another one bedroom said it wouldnt be more than 300 and charged me 445 ... at them prices not the next move guys sorry ... then i had to get a tv from my brother because they lost the cord to my tv and when i did get a cord found out the tv was broke ... have you ever been so mad you just wasnt going to even deal with anybody.. o by the way guys i am still wating for a call back about my cord lol 😆..

Showed up 1.5 hrs late with no communication and gave no apology or offer to make up for it. Moving is stressful enough, you don't want the added stress of unreliable movers. 1/5 - would not recommend. Apparently these guys were so late, they ended up subcontracting the job to Maestro Moving and those guys hustled. Super nice and friendly, and did a fantastic job. They were pricier but worth it.5/5 - would use again.

Hi. These guys were great. I moved furniture for years, back when I was much younger. I know it's tough work. Each situation presents it's own challenges. They showed up on time ready to go. Padded and wrapped my items correctly. Loaded and somehow, always had smiles on their faces. That was priceless. The humidity was around 68%. They completed the job in the same manner. I ordered pizza and gave them a couple dollars extra. It was the least I could do. I appreciate doing business with folks like this.

I have never had a better moving experience! For starters, upon inquiry, I was treated with so much respect and incredible communication. Next, they arrived on time and were thorough in loading efficiently. They brought a huge truck, so everything had plenty of space to be laid down nicely. The moving gentleman deserved a hug just for their great attitude and effort. The time estimate was exact, and I thought the service was worth every penny! I can't recommend this moving company enough!!

I highly recommend Advantage Express Movers. I recently relocated from the Dallas metroplex to South Carolina. I did a lot of research and called upwards of 15 to 20 moving companies. Many of the companies I came across were brokers, so they presented to be the actual moving company, but they were not. A lot of companies require you to do an extensive inventory list of the items you have in your home to come up with the cubic feet of your household goods to determine a price. It is a very lengthy process.
