This is the worst moving experience ever. (Sep 2020) I walked the entire house with the person that presented himself as the foreman showing him all boxes marked “fragile” and any items that required special handling. The foreman did not pass this information to the rest of the crew and for the next two hours was nowhere to be found. We were later told that he was not the foreman. The crew was unorganized, had no leadership and no training.

Okay, so, these movers are HORRID! First of all, they arrived late and took almost 30 minutes before they even began their job. SECONDLY, one of their workers did nothing but complain about moving (the irony) so let's just say we technically only had two working efficiently. This same worker often stood around and straggled and took smoke breaks. On top of this, they move extremely slow and do not listen to simple instructions!

I am sorry that you had a bad experience but as you may recall it was raining extremely hard the night before your scheduled move and still raining on the day of. There was flooding in various parts of Houston.
The following actions are what I witnessed while the movers where conducting business at a friends residence. If I am subpoenaed and required to provide testimony as to what I witnessed, I am more than happy to do so. In my honest opinion, with the exception of the “older” (Kevin?) employee, the entire workforce were nothing more than untrained high school kids working to make beer money. Take a look at the companies replies to all of the bad reviews......not one bad review was their fault!

Don’t, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They left holes in the walls and said they were going to fix it and never came back. Ali has been terrible and has not been professional. You are at your own risk when using a company like this. I will be reporting this to BBB and escalating this issue.

Movers showed up late to the appointment time and on top of that they forgot dollys. I’m not sure how anyone can do a move without them considering they are probably the most basic tool for moving. They then left and showed up 1 hr later with the equipment.

Ali called me back within 5 minutes of me submitting my online request. He was able to quickly fit me in earlier that what I initially requested. Reasonable price and the movers were professional and got it done in a good time. I would definitely recommend.

we ended up moving earlier than expected and Ali was very accommodating to fit us in with less than a week's notice! His team arrived on time and was really great about taking everything. we were only expecting to have them take the larger pieces of furniture/appliances but they even took items we didn't necessarily wrap properly on our end. "if you want it, we'll take it!" this was a huge help so we didn't have to do a lot of back n forth later with the smaller items in our cars.
