If I could give them zero stars I would, I booked them on May 5, not only were they 2 hours late they broke and damaged my items. I moved from one apartment to another in the same complex the apartments were only 50 yards from each other. They broke my 1200 dollar dryer that was only 3 years old, they broke my kitchen table, they broke the drain plug to my deep freezer that was only a year old, they tore the covering on my adjustable bed frame that I just got last tear. They only had to move the heavy stuff.
I had 1 big storage and one small storage, this people made me pay $900 for 5hours just for them to only do half of the small storage, they abandoned my properties outside saying their job was over after I paid them already. Instead of apolozing the manager, was busy running his mouth saying I'm playing smart and didn't care about my stuffs.How I'm I playing smart after they told me they will go pick the rest of my stuffs but they didn't because I guess they were amarted than me ..very unprofessional movers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They quoted me the lowest prices our of other places so I went with them but the man who booked me, Charlie, kept laughing and talking to other coworkers the whole time I was trying to get pricing info from him. Nonetheless he scheduled me and told me the movers would arrive the day I requested. I kept trying to call Charlie on my moving day and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 2 hours.

Liars, scammers as they took so much of my stuff that I am still suffering. They knew I was going away and would not relize my stuff was taken. My family is in Alaska. So he makes up lies. They even took my Christmas tree. They kept hundreds of dollars of my belongings. Finally got my belongings from storage after Treasure Movers put my belongings in storage with locks cameras etc There was no break in nor did anyone but me have a key. There were no other movers!

Worst experience ever!!!! I booked my move with Chris giving him all the necessary details specifically the "move to" was on the third floor. I had to call them days prior to confirm my move and then the day of waited 6 hours for his staff to get there only to whine about the move directives because it was poorly communicated on what the move entailed. The movers hung me out to dry, left without even a word so I had to scramble for a company to accept a same day move.

They took my money and never showed up till date. Be very careful about them. Make sure you do not give them any advance. Have them finish the work before you pay. And never pay with cash or zelle. Only use credit card.

The team is professional, courteous, and works efficiently while taking great care of your belongings. They carefully wrap and protect furniture to help prevent scratches and damage, and it's obvious they take pride in treating your possessions as if they were their own.
Treasure Movers truly lives up to their name! Kay and Eric arrived right on time and got straight to work with an energy level that deserves its own theme song. They moved quickly, handled everything with care, and kept the whole process running smoothly from start to finish. One of the best parts? They even fixed pieces of furniture that a previous moving company had damaged, with no extra fuss, just great service. I had a great experience with this moving service. They were on time and flexible. They were careful with my belongings and very attentive to my requests. They’re also reasonably priced and fast. Book them. 2025 Update I wanted to come back and add to this review. I had to move quickly for a military reassignment and they came in and did a phenomenal job.
