My name is Joshua, A beginner who just wanted to take a look at the pianos and also wanted to take the lessons ,I recently visited Fort Bend Music Center, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The manager, Bob, treated me with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever have to deal with. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and even racially offensive it made the entire visit uncomfortable.
Good afternoon Pixcy OO. My name is Michael and I am one of the partners here at Fort Bend Music Center. I am sorry to hear about your experience through a Google review. I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you. I do not have … More
At first glance, Fort Bend Music Center appears to be quite professional, but upon closer inspection, it's a company riddled with amateurism. The level of attention they give you from the moment of registration drastically changes afterward. Moreover, the employees at the company seem to lack regular hours. For instance, although the establishment claims to be open during certain hours, when you go to purchase any equipment, you may find that the person in charge of those items isn't working that day or only works…
Semih, I am sorry to hear of these issues via a Google review. We would have loved to address these issues while you were in our store weekly for six weeks. Unfortunately, it does not appear these concerns were brought to our staff or … More
If your looking for a piano or service go somewhere else. I bought a new piano from Fort Bend and it took them 5 months so send someone to give it a first tuning…which made the piano sound worse. I called and spoke to Rick the manager or owner and he said he would send somebody. That was 5 months ago. Almost a year with a bad sounding new piano. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Multiple calls to them. They don’t care about their customers.
that is a bad choice for here learning any lesson,my girl learned piano lessons two year we didn't find any improve for her.by the way they charged you too much registration fee when you quit they also charge late fee.

Talked to the owner today and ... SAD! Complete piano service is really complete piano disaster. These people have no idea how to take care of a piano. They killed my Steinway model b in their care

Booked them to move a piano. They cancelled appointments then said they couldn't move my piano because of a two inch step. Useless, avoid.
Hello, we are sorry to hear of your poor experience. Due to the black adhesive all over your home floors, we were unable to move your piano. Also, we unfortunately were unable to complete the move to avoid tracking the adhesive into other homes.

Jordan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Great experience for first time band player!! Highly recommend this friendly, locally owned store!
What a great and friendly experience. In this day and age, old school customer service really stands out. It's refreshing after hours of pressing 1 for English to be able to walk into a store, be greeted, and nicely aimed at the department I needed to speak to.
Eric at Fort Bend Music Center was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was looking for the perfect digital piano as a birthday gift for my husband, who already owns a beautiful Yamaha acoustic, and Eric took the time to understand exactly …
