They did the job. First driver insisted that they need to go via a non toll way (it takes 30 mins more). When I countered them with toll cost vs their hourly rate and I will pay the toll amount, do I need to call agent. Driver reluctantly came on toll road way below speed limit. The crew was very slow and broke a couple of whiskey bottles. Their charges are high, but not as good. ***** Edit after their reply: 1. People seem nice but I ended up not getting the service because they cancelled on me last minute. I called Sunday morning and they told me they would be available to unload a truck at 1pm. We confirmed that time works but then they called me at 12:45 saying that they couldn’t make it after all. They told me they would for sure be available before 2pm so I agreed again but then they called me at 2:08pm saying they were not going to be able to make it after all.

The dining room bench was broken. The media table was broken as well. They threw the vacuum sealed bags which opened and some ripped. I chose them based on their good reviews but we had terrible service. Non of our stuff was wrapped in the many blankets they had . Would not recommend. They also charge you for the whole hour after 15 minutes.

Damaged stairs when moving furniture upstairs, estimated 2 hours and took more around 5 hours. They also damaged some of the walls and a mirror. A friendly staff is the upside.

Would not recommend. Lack of professionalism and lack of communication. They oversell their abilities and cancelled a booked move the day before.
