Damaged my belongs. Said they would pay for it. Then gave me a run around for weeks and still did not properly compensate for the damages. Huge disappointment as I previously liked this company a lot. The management has been such a disappointment to communicate with. The lack of communication because they do not want to take ownership for damages they are responsible for.

BE CAREFUL....they will take their own sweet time to move your stuff...they know that we are charge on hourly ...they will give 2 to 3 hours estimate time but it will extend to almost 5 hours....movers like to be on phone, listen to music.... I still gave them tips considering hot out their.... I also did make sure with Ryan what if mover take their own time, he said we are professional we don't do that...but it happend opposite.....
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience, the longest move of our lives, broken things that will not be replaced by them, extremely expensive furniture damaged. Overpriced!!!! I would never consider this company again. Very disorganized. If you’re moving do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
My experience was horrible! The movers took 5 hours to move a dining room set and a bedroom set and I just moved to another unit in the same apartment complex when I called to complain the manager said that was too long and he would talk …
I called twice to schedule a move and was left on hold for about five minutes each time. No one answered nor did I receive a call back.

Kendall and crew were excellent. He has moved us several times, my parents in and out of assisted living and me out of my apartment. These guys work so hard and are very accommodating, especially in being careful with our precious belongings. Definitely request Kendall. Thank you!!
Fantastic crew! On time, very courteous and took great care with all of my belongings. It was long day in July in Texas, but they never slowed down. Definitely recommend!
Brian, Jaden and Jaylin were the best movers you could ask for. They were patient and listen to you on how you want your furniture laid out. They buckled down and got the job done right and they didn’t mess up any furniture. I’m glad I used graceful movers to assist with my move out.
