When moving out of house crew was awesome timely and efficient but when a different crew was moving us out of storage unit into the new place they took way longer just set boxes in the middle of rooms when all were clearly marked got ahold of them after found that 75in and a 55in tvs were broken and never heard from them again they want a $ 300 non refundable deposit to take extra care in moving your stuff and I didn't pay it thinking there job is to safely move our stuff found stuff in boxes that were wrapped in…

The drivers we encountered on 7/11/26 have no respect for traffic laws. Their response to being honked at after cutting us off at a no turn on red was to tail gate, throw objects at our car and proceed to scream obscenities at us. Putting ours and others safety at risk. Absolutely appalling behavior out of a "professional business" Jose the owner did little to nothing about this incident when called. Refused to help aside from "file a police report" Perhaps you should do something about your employees behavior.

The guys were nice. They tried to care trying to wrap things up. We had 3 guys to help move faster. However they were a bit slower than expected as we paid by hour. They often tried to move heavy furniture by themselves instead of together. They were flipping pieces of furniture and cabinet causing stuff to bounce around. We ended up with dents in walls, legs broken off several pieces of furniture which the guy at least tried to fix.

Wow! We were blessed today! Trinidad, Rushawn, and Max moved us into our new home on the lake! They protected all our furniture and important pieces in quilted blanket material and secured it all. We were very impressed! They disassembled our beds and reassembled at our new place. They did the same with my nice Sauder’s office desk. We are so thankful we changed our plans to rent a u-haul. Because that means u-disassemble and u-reassemble. But it also means u-protect and secure everything.
