We had moved into our unit 4 months ago. Our unit was broken into. Half of our stuff was taken but there was no evident of our stuff being taken over the gate. We had a refrigerator, two couches, dressers, two tvs, and all our catering equipment stolen. At least $20,000 worth. The police could not get footage because the workers disagree to show it without a warrant. (That’s wierd right) the police stated that we should get a detective to come out and see what’s really going on.

Facility locks it's gates from the inside at 10pm. We were locked in for hours and could not get anyone to help. Phone number only went to voicemail. Left message of urgent matter...no reply. Online chat no help. I've never experienced dealing with a storage that locks their customers in. Locked from the outside at certain yes, but you always be able to exit.

Run, don't walk, but RUN away as fast as you can! Our unit was broken into while we where south on winter vacation. Management called and stated it was a "small hole from the adjacent unit, no one got inside your unit".. to which I told them that was fine, since all of our items where stored in plastic storage totes, a small hole was not goign to remove anything.

-5⭐️rating. I wouldn't even recommend this business to my most hated enemies. What's the point of having office hours in your window? But no one to work on the property. 😡. I thought that having a gate code for entering and exiting added safety. I was wrong. The gate is always broken and left wide open for weeks. I walked in on Homeless people living in the indoor units. Empty beer cans and trash everywhere. Overpriced, bad customer service and your belongings aren't safe.

Your advertising a free month but it's not! Paid 65$ to start and have to pay 50$ on the first.... Don't even get a prorated for starting half way into the month. Plus I was referred by my daughter who has a unit at same location neither of us received the promised 25$!!! So all advertising and not held accountable!!

Got a unit at Devon's self storage today.The The unit was clean and fairly priced. The grounds are clean and well kept seems to be secure and the property manager was amazing. She was so helpful and so friendly, it was one of the easiest storage unit process I've ever been through.
