I'm disappointed in the no-show no-call and not picking up the phone. This is not the level of professionalism I expected from Frank. The first time around (2014), most things went smoothly except the too generous usages of exclusively brand new out of our pockets large packing boxes regardless of the sizes of the items. I supposed their business just started, so they were nice to build good online reviews, which I went out of my way to write superb review for.

Had a horrible experience with Marvin and his crew. Moving involved throwing things, constant muttering and disrespectful behavior towards us. Broke our storage stand and couple of plants, Damages close to $250. I spoke to owners wife Tiffany, she said Frank himself will call. Even after 2 months no call or a courtesy email came. No reimbursement for the damage was done. If you want a stressful and frustrating move this is the place to go. I don't recommend this movers or their crew.
Hiring Rent a Vet was, unfortunately, a huge and very expensive mistake. This is a long review, but if you don't want to read it all, know this: We overheard the movers who unloaded our truck in total disbelief that we paid to have it loaded in. "You got screwed," was their professional opinion of Rent A Vet. I'll walk you through our day with Rent A Vet. They requested we rent a 26ft truck and buy 2 dozen blankets and tie-down straps.
My move was the worst I have ever experienced with furniture damage. I had a five bedroom house with a formal dining room. The movers were wrapping my wooden furniture with plastic. When I asked about blankets Larry stated he brought 48 (only a small pile I noted at end of move) and didn't want to send someone to get more. So the plastic wrapped wooden furniture was shoved on the truck causing damage to almost all of my furniture. When I assembled the shelves on my bookshelves no shelf tabs could be found.
Wanted to use Rent A Vet because I am a veteran myself and like to support the cause. Unfortunately after I planned my move way out in advanced I was unable to get in contact with them up to 2 days before my move. At the time of this review their phones are no longer taking messages on the phone due to the staff shortage and direct you to email them. They easily have the best rates in the surrounding area. I'd recommend to use them if you can get a hold of them just for the rates alone.
Nice guys. But highly unorganized. They damaged my brand new furniture and many other items. They also moved items marked house to my storage unit. Now i have to go back and climb through a packed storage unit looking for important documents. Also they dont have proper tools to take apart items. I'm a former veteran and hate leaving this post. But after spending 1600 dollars I feel extremely dissatisfied. Lesson learned. I would not recommend.

This move was an absolute disaster. The moving service was to pack my furniture on the truck and then go to my son and daughter-in-law's and pack them in the same truck and then to our home we purchased together. We only moved furniture. …
Do not hire! Crew showed high and drunk. They were drinking tequila all day. Broke multiple antiques. Frank ingored my calls I had photo evidence of them drinking and sent to Tiffany was never followed up on

A friend recommended this company and so I called. I spoke with Tiffany a couple of times and from beginning to end the first person you talk to represents a lot you can tell if she likes her job and how polite she was and gave me step-by-step details. I had three movers today that move my 1200 square-foot townhouse to grandma‘s garage where I have stored all my belongings. Let me tell you about these three men Alex Marvin and Tavin WOW.
They are incredible! Super helpful and responsive, and just amazing feat of strengths in moving heavy furniture. In two hours, they moved an entire basement full of stuff to a dumpster, including huge old-style cleaning machines: all of this without a hitch. We had used their services as well a few weeks ago to move a very heavy epoxy table to a second floor, and again, terrific experience.
I hired them to first move from a house to storage and they showed up on time and did a very good job moving to storage units, and again hired them to move from storage unit to new apartment, very professional and did a great job both times, two of the guys were there with both moves, the third guy was different but also did a great job. I used them because I am also a vet and was looking out for my fellow vet.
Great company. Lucas was consistent in information when I was searching for a moving company. Good communication. I had a 2 bedroom apartment move scheduled on a rainy day. I used a 3 man crew and the job was complete in 7 hours! Helped with assembly and disassembly. Would recommend and hire again!
