Had an appointment with Christine March 9th for their $275.00 Piano Tuning + Service. Christine came out tuned piano within an hour, and played a piece to show her work. I commented piano had reverberation to it after the tune and how it can be fixed? Christine noted she didn't know why it was doing that and ended the conversation. I wrote her the check and she left. We are now at May 18th. Roughly over 2 months into the expensive piano tuning. Low key F note is sticking.

Jonathan did an excellent job tuning our piano. He arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The piano sounds wonderful, and I really appreciated that he took the time to share some of the history of our piano with me. I'm very happy with the service and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable piano tuner.

What a difference! ✨️ Had our 1960s Starck Concerto Upright Piano tuned for the very first time, and Jonathan Ho from Vanguard Piano Service brought professionalism, expertise, and honesty. He completed a very thorough inspection and tuning of the piano and provided us with recommendations and future maintenance tuning options. It was a blessing to listen to his piano playing throughout the whole process. Plan to book his services for future tuning appointments. Very grateful!! What a gift! Totally worth it.
