WARNING do not rent here!!!!! Extremely unprofessional. I paid for a unit and insurance for years. I had 1 damaged item from water damaged from a leak in the unit. They are refusing to give me compensation for it or even respond to my calls or emails. Their insurance is a scam! I've paid so much in rent and insurance and they wont compensate me $100 for my ruined property. Horrible business.
The WORST place to store your things! I paid for a climate controlled unit for 4 months. When I moved my stuff it was molded! O had to throw about half of my items in the trash. They will not do anything about it and the manager wont even answer my calls. When I called him he "acted" as if he could not hear me. BEWARE!!
mold infested units had my stuff in there for less than 45 days and mold all over my couches and mattresses. I was told they would work with me to help with some of the cost but have been lied too and put off by the manager Brian. He will not return or take my calls.
Absolutely horrible experience, we trusted some of our stuff to storage masters while we are in the middle of a move. The roof they had leaked profusely onto our boxes and our pictures and photo albums were completely destroyed. Everything was moldy and ruined.
We used storage masters to store our belongings for 2 months while we were in between moves. Many of our items had water damage and mold on them. Moving boxes were falling apart because of how wet they had gotten. Altogether, the damage …
How do U auction a persons items on the 28th but The month ends on the 31st….. How does that make since then U tell my it’s based off the Auction dates. So U just wanted to Auction my stuff off….
It's a nice place but they will raise your rates every chance they get, I've been there a little over 12 months and have my rate raised twice now.

This has been the best storage facility I’ve used very good decent prices for nowadays, and the staff is so helpful and really figures out what you need and nice and sweet like you knew them forever . shout out to Ashley. You are incredible. You come through with help every time I needed it since I started using you guys.
Ashley exceeded all expectations. She helped us pair our needs with the best plan and time for our turn around. Ashley also helped us with truck rental and added on items that best completed the job. Can’t recommend her enough. The facility is easy to get to, clean and well maintained.
Ashley was huge help and very informative on all the storage based questions. The units and facility are exceptionally clean. Easy to get into to load and unload your units. 2 step security as well for gate and doors. Lots of security cameras as well.
This storage area is fantastic, they are very clean and well kept and well-managed. I've had items here for nearly a decade myself and my local Marine Corps League keeps items for our community service projects here as well. Easy access and …
