Went in to get a quote for moving our furniture. He kept changing the price as we were speaking. He lies. Even tried to sell me broken moving supplies. They must be pretty hard up to try to take advantage of people. We used Skye moving. Recommend by U haul on Hwy 301 and Hwy 27 Ocala Fl Skye Moving was excellent and very affordable.
Hi there Susan W, We are sorry to hear of your experience however we believe you have the incorrect company. As you can read from our reviews of past customer experiences this is not how our company operates.
Watch out for this company. We were told that they would be here for a total of 2 hours. That’s not true. They told my husband the time frame includes their travel time to your house which was 1/2 hour each way so they only spent 1 hour total at our house, and didn’t assemble our furniture . If they go over they charge extra. So we were charged $450 just to get one hour time here. Only had a 16ft truck. I feel like because my husband is older he was taken advantage of.
Hello Mrs. Kline. I have reviewed both the recorded intake call when our representative spoke with your husband , the contract that was emailed for review prior to acceptance and the contract reviewed on site as well all of which detailing the "2 hour minimum" service fee for our hourly services.

Wow. We hired these guys for a cross town move for my parents. It was probably 1600 sf of stuff…typical mix of furnishings, boxes, and miscellaneous items. We were told three gentlemen would show up at 8:30. They called about 8:10 to verify we were ready and then FOUR guys (Tracy, Van, Antoine, and Fabian) showed up right on time. Clearly, these were professional movers. They had a truck that loaded from the side and back. They came fully prepared with all the blankets, dollies, boxes, and plastic wrap needed.

We hired Affordable Moving USA after seeing how professional and attentive they were with an elderly neighbor. From the initial call talking to Angie and then meeting her hubby Tom who performed an onsite visit to discuss what services they offer and provide us with an estimate, it was an extremely smooth process! All of the employees communicated well, no guessing what time, who was coming on moving day, etc. It was decided that we needed two trucks to adequately handle our move.
