My tool trailer was stolen off the lot. Management said they couldn't do anything about it. DO NOT STORE anything here that you want to keep.
Go anywhere else. They are not well maintained. A lot of water damage. Property manager is horrible even when they have made an error.

Buyers Beware!!!!!!! Do not Rent from Affordable Storage Guys at the Morgantown Road location in Bowling Green!!! Their Climate Controlled Units are NOT climate Controlled! The sole purpose for paying extra for a climate controlled storage is to protect your property from damage and make sure the insurance coverage allowances will be covered! A non -climate controlled unit was flooded several times and they ignored it, pretending like it didn’t happen.

Terrible customer service. If a customer calls during operational hours you answer the phone with respect. It’s a business. If you want money then you have to act like it. If there is a problem you do what you can to help your customer. They paid, you owe them that much. A customer coming to get their stuff to find a huge puddle of water and mold growing on everything is completely unacceptable. Shame on how you treated your customer.
Would rate this as a 0 if I could. Terrible storage units, even more terrible customer service. Molded furniture which ended with being hung up on multiple times. Careless business who obviously doesn't want your business enough to provide even mediocre customer service.
Molded furniture as a result of a leaking unit. Supposed to be climate controlled and weather proof. Yet this isn’t the facilities problem. Bad customer service equals a horrible review.

We took over a storage unit from another Attorney's Office for a personal injury claim. We have experts coming this Friday to inspect the evidence in the unit. Monday, I realized we do not possess a key for the unit. I reached out to Rebecca and she has made this process stress free. She responded in a timely manner to ALL my emails and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure we could get into the unit before Friday.

Good security (must code in and out). Large variety of storage bin sizes, both with ambient and climate-controlled options. Plenty of room to turn trailers around. Multiple locations allow for being closer to your house/apartment
