Nice staff and central location but I wouldn’t waste your time here. We got a small 5x8 or 5x10 storage unit for our holiday decor. In less than a year our price was increased multiple times. What starts out as $70/month quickly goes up. After this last increase we were expected to pay roughly $135/month. Meanwhile I have friends and family who have larger 10x10 units and only pay $150 and had no price increases. Made no sense to use so we moved our things out and will go somewhere else.

Bait and switch on unit rent. Started with the 3 months promo price but absolutely refused to remotely answer what would rent be after the 3 months(not even a rough ballpark, got the market rate excuse). When that was up rent was raised 2.4x the promo price. Of course moving would be at great cost and having the unit at the time was not optional for me and mine. It's an extremely manipulative anti-consumer sales tactic with a total lack of transparency.

This was a good review until I haven’t been sent any receipts for payment each month and randomly my bill went from $84 to $157 with no notice what so ever. I don’t receive email receipts except for the first one when I initially signed up and it doesn’t say anything about raising the rent. So almost a 100% increase in rent with no notice whatsoever. I will be cancelling and making sure the 2 people who I brought here also realize their dues have been increased by 99% without their notice.

Pro: friendly when you sign up Cons: - force you to do a review while they watch, while you’re signing paperwork for new unit. - no lights inside units, and lights outside were burnt out for the 5 months we used their storage. - change your gate code, but don’t notify you. Then take 4 hours to come give you the new code. - unit full of roaches, ants, and other pests
I will never use this place again. My daughter has a unit there and all of her stuff is being moved out this coming weekend and they want me to pay full price on it when I will be used for 6 days I have never heard of a company not doing prorated rates ever!!!!
