Don't be swindled by this business. We rented the 5x10 for $35 per month if you pay 3 months in advance. Once you have been there a few months, they send you a letter, which states their operating costs have increased, and your rent is going up from $35 per month to $82 per month! We couldn't believe it! Go from $35 per month to $82 per month! No way were we going to pay that! My husband called and they decided to offer another 3 months if we paid in advance again.

Rude disrepectful n very unorganized facility and you ask for info of the owners and the guy named jason tavaris that work at arden rd and we asked who the mgr is n he said it was himbut he refused to do what he was suppose to do as a mgr. Dont go there its not worth it!
I asked these guys for a few extra hours after renting their trailer for the last several days and sank $350 into a trailer (8 days) and they would not do it. Greedy perhaps? Not a good business characteristic if you ask me. I will probably cancel my storage and go elsewhere very soon. The trailers are not really free if you rent. I’m down several hundred dollars, BUYER BEWARE!! Two days free is no big deal if you have a big move and $40/day is actually the standard for an occupant (has a storage unit).

Your drive at the storage units are horrible. They are uneven and due to that fact while I was walking around helping my husband tuck the tarp around the trailer that we had my niece's stuff loaded up on I fell and it caused me too be injured. I have spent all day in bed. Plus my niece had to pay the whole month for the storage unit even though it was only the 3rd of February. The pass code had been locked down and ya'll had already put one of your own locks 🔐 on. Had not been behind on payment either.

I would like to warn everyone that decides to use this storage place go somewhere else where there’s integrity and honest business. I have been here for 2 years and never missed a payment. My monthly contract is from November 17 - December 17th and I moved out on November 20th. I spoke to Hope on the phone to prorate my monthly payment which she declined and said that’s not her decision to make. So I asked to speak to upper management to work this out with me.

Gave us a great deal. Well managed and maintained. Also positioned on a hill and set up so it would take an act of God for the units to flood. *Edit* That good deal curiously faded away, and they jacked the price up on our unit over 100% in 2 years. Go somewhere else.
