Very unprofessional service of the office staff! After we filed a complaint for several damages at the new house that were caused by the moving staff we never heard back from them. Don't waist your money, use another company! Very disappointed!
Update. I do NOT and no longer recommend this moving company to anyone! The process was great until I had a damage claim one one (1) item that was destroyed during my cross country move. My claim was rejected with little to no investigation and I was not offered $1 for the damage of an over $10K item they destroyed in transit. Once you are denied DO NOT expect anyone to respond or answer your calls or questions. The insurance you buy through the van line is the owner of this van line.

I called Air Van 3 times before finally receiving a call back. I have used them multiple times before and was willing to continue to reach out because I was happy with the service I received. Now as I have used them before and am aware that they have a 2 hour ($250) minimum charge. I was moving 2 vending machines, 1 from one location and 1 from a second location and they were both being delivered to the same final destination. I was quoted 3 hours to do the job.
Your delivery guys had no idea how to put a bed together. I'm not sure why my furniture company hired you guys. It took 2 hours and it still wasnt put together right. My husbandtook an hour fixing their work I paid for set up and still has to set it up. Rc willey would have taken 10 minutes. They were knocking things over, hitting the furniture on my walls. Mumbling and groaning the entire time Kept leaving my door open, I kept closing it and they'd leave it open again.

AirVan was fantastic from start to finish. Ruben kept me updated the whole way, including a quick call when the delivery date shifted by a couple of days. They coordinated smoothly with my storage locations and made pick up and delivery easy. They showed up with enough crew to load and unload fast, and everyone was respectful and careful with my things. Solid company, would definitely use them again.

Air Van recently conducted a very complex and technical relocation of 8 departments within the boundaries of the Boise State University Campus. Throughout, from the first contact with the Project Manager through the planning, including delivery of moving supplies to the final execution on move day, Air Van was nothing short of professional and highly committed. The University staff that were relocated made many comments about "how prompt, courteous, helpful and efficient the movers on the day" were.
I am moving to Ireland, specifically Northern Ireland. Due to Brexit, international borders and having never moved belongings before this was all very stressful. Air Van Moving have been very professional from the beginning and really seemed to care that I was reassured. The assessor Sonya was within a few cubic feet of how much space my belongings would take up, and such a friendly pleasant lady. Nate in the office has been extremely patient with me and verifying all details with his head office.
We had a rough start to this PCS because Tier One corporate completely ghosted us on communication and missed our delivery date. But honestly, Air Van stepped up and turned this into an amazing military move. The company took our concerns seriously, and a supervisor came down with the driver to our place. They were incredibly professional, fast, and polite the whole time. Almost zero damage, absolutely nothing missing, and they completely made things right.
