Rudy showed up on time and was very communicative when setting up and confirming the appointment to move my piano. He and his assistant moved my piano with the utmost care for my floors, walls and the piano itself. Rudy is friendly, polite, timely and clearly loves the work he does. He understood that this piano from my childhood means a lot to me and he treated it with extreme care.
I could tell you that Rudy Valdez LLC has exceptional customer service, but you would want to know why. First of all they offered to move our piano for free as a donation to the Festival Of Trees. When my design vision ended up going another route, I contacted them to move my piano out of my garage and back into my house. Rudy was able to come out the same day that I called and move the piano for me. I was concerned because of the rain that my lawn would be destroyed in the process.
What I appreciate most about Rudy Valdez LLC is their genuine care for every item they handle. Whether it's my prized musical instruments, motorcycles, or valuable art collection, they treat each piece as if it were their own. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety give me peace of mind throughout the entire moving process.
