What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had an excellent experience at Alessandro Self Storage! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who helped me took the time to explain everything throughly, making the entire process easy and stress-free. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean the office was. It even smelled fresh and clean, which says a lot about how well they maintain the facility and much they care about their customers.

Overall great experience with the storage unit and customer service. Martin is friendly and kind and professional in all his interactions. Main reason for one less star is that I don’t like how often the price increased for my unit over the 2+ years I was there. I was paying $181 monthly and when I vacated I was paying $250.
Thank you for your feedback, Sally. We are delighted to hear you had a positive experience with Martin and our customer service.
