Was there for over 3years, had 3unitss condensed down to one ex-large unit, no bugs was good, but lost most my income, and if you don't pay one month, you CANNOT MAKE PARCHELL PAYMENTS SOOOO, I LOST MY WHOLE LIFE THERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE A FACILITY THAT CAN SELL YO DEAD PARENTS BELONGINGS AND PICS ALL YOUR KIDS BABY PICTURES AND THEIR DEAD FATHER'S. WE HAVE NOTHING NOT EVEN A BED, THEY WOULD Never WORK WITH ME AFTER PATRONIZING THEM THOSE YEARS AND HAD SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM.
One of the worst storage in Moreno Valley. I came by to empty the storage and went to the office and there’s a man eating in the office at 2 pm you can smell his food smells bad and I asked him just to remind that the storage is empty to stop the service. He said that his still eating, very rude unprofessional old man. There’s a lot of storage in Moreno Valley that is better in this place.
Worse place ever. Infested with cockroaches. Total thieves in office. Set up units to sell in auction and screw people out. Total crooks working there. On top of everything they hide from problems. Never call back. Manager never there etc etc. Total thieves including auctioneers.

Do not lose your income Gail does not work with renters and is ridiculous over fees. No partial payments rent is due on the 1st and if it is not paid, you lose gate access on the 2nd. But you're not charged a late fee until the 10th but …

I would love to thank Gail, for her great customer service. She was very helpful and I loved the attitude and service she provided us. She explained everything and was much but much friendly. The unit very clean and easy access. The property it self also is one of the biggest and cleanest.

Well, I don’t know where to start All I can say is I am very thankful Kimmy and Gail gave me the opportunity to move in. They were a 100% on my side As far as helping me move in and get the Best deals around. I’ve been to other places and I’m usually left to figure it out on my own or the staff is just rude and dry. I know I’ve gotten ripped off at the previous locations I been at just because there’s no comparison Western states prices are the best Kimmy and Gail did more than help me.
Kimmy & Gail helped get me suited to a unit that was ideal for me. During my sign up their computer kept acting up through no fault of their own, they got me going rather swiftly, & cheerfully.I rented from here before and glad that Gail was still here as well as I know from my own experiance I wont have any problems and all my interactions with staff have always been good & leave me a smilin 😉
