The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

So glad we came here! Liz offers amazing customer service super efficient and pleasant. My hubby decided we needed a storage unit for a couple of months. They had a great deal for 3 months. Super clean office and facilities.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear you had a great experience and that Liz provided such amazing service. We take pride in keeping our office and facility clean, so we’re glad everything worked out perfectly for your short-term storage needs.
Moreno Valley storage is the best storage in our community. The place is always so clean. The customer service is great. The girls up front are awesome. As an elderly I appreciate that Lorraine brings a cart directly to my car, when she sees me arrive. It’s such a small but kind and thoughtful gesture.
Dottie, thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy our clean facility and great customer service. We appreciate your support and are always happy to help!
Been with the storage for about a little over 1 year, and it’s definitely the best storage in town! I own a business and had storages at most places in Moreno Valley and most of them are really dirty and always got flat tires there.
Kevin, a full year with us and still five stars - that means a lot. Thank you for calling Moreno Valley Storage the best in town. We're glad to have you.
