My movers were very nice, but it was clear they received very little if any training at all. They didn't bring a furniture dolly, and though I rented the u haul as instructed, they told me that no one would help me drive the truck, despite the fact that on their website it states "you rent the truck, we provide the driver at no additional cost." They also didn't bring any tools, which of course is not a requirement, but every other time I've moved the movers have carried some tools (to take bed frames a part…
bad experience. They damaged our stainless steel frig, scratched the piano, piled heavy boxes on ones marked fragile, broke two desks, took hours longer than it should because two of the four guys didn't work. I expected her to make it right, but when I talked to the owner about it she was rude, talked over me, made derogatory remarks about my family, didn't listen, interrupted. She said she will give us $100 back on a $1200 move - very unethical and unprofessional.
Called for a quote and lady was rude to me. I understand they want $75 per hour for two guys without them supplying a truck or anything. But to ask me to pay mileage when I am providing the truck for the move. She stated the men would …
The actual moving guys were great! The lady ( I assume is the owner ) is a rude and unpleasant woman . UPDATE: She did do business with me ... I signed the contract . A small business …

In their own words
I used this company to move out of my Athens apartment and they were truly wonderful to work with! The movers were on time, polite, and efficient. I shopped around for a company with the best rates and All About The Move definitely has the most fair prices. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Great guys. Worked hard and stead. Very careful with our furniture. I highly recommend them.
On extremely short notice and during the most busy time of the year, All About the Move provided same-day service to help my daughter move out of one apartment and into another. The workers were professional and polite, and disassembled and re-assembled furniture on top of moving her belongings. Ms. Jackson, the moving coordinator, was patient and supportive throughout the process, going out of her way to help us out of a difficult situation. I would definitely recommend All About the Move.
The best movers I ever experienced! On time and finished within the two hour quote. Both men were professional, pleasant and understood directions. Before getting started they double checked all items to be moved. Can't get better than that! Will be using All About the Move again. Highly recommend! Also, Dee was great making all the arrangements and explaining how the company works. 5 Stars!!
